 Training and Development Services

We provide Training & Development services through Callidus Training Strategy Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of Callidus Management Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. Our Principal Consultant is one of the leading Trainers in the Country in Labour Legislation and Employee Relations.

Callidus mainly provides in-house training programmes but we also conduct Training for other Training Providers.

Course Outlines for the Training Programmes we organise would be customised to our clients requirements. Please do feel free to peruse the list of Training Programmes we conduct. Should you be interested in any programme not available in the list, we would be pleased to meet and prepare a programme to your requirements.

Training Methods

An interactive Training Program between lecturer and participants is usually the most effective way to ensure the course contents are completely understood. The methods by which we conduct our Training Programs are as follows, but not limited to:

Lectures (English or Bahasa Malaysia)

Notes and Handouts would be provided during the Training sessions. The lecturer would be presenting the programs using Power Point Slides through an LCD Projector.

Everything presented during the Training Program would be provided in the notes given to the participants or would be distributed as articles and handouts during the presentation.

Group Discussions / Case Studies

Participant interactions with the Trainer during these Training Programs are critical in determining the extent of their understanding of the program. Identifying problems and their respective solutions through group discussions and case studies is one effective way to get a broader understanding of the program.

Role Plays

A role play would be carried out depending on the program. This is mainly to give participants an idea of what they may have to deal with should the situation arise in their workplace.

Our Training Programmes have been commended as being very interesting and of tremendous practical value.
